First thing to learn about copilot is to educate your salesmen on what it does not just some 5 min course online then on to talk to customers.
Who wants to pay for something they can model at surface for free? Copilot is over engineered and doesnt deliver anything useful. No wonder clients don't care about it. 10 years ago people would run stuff just because we told them to, they've wised up to that now.
Why did we lay off all the good employees?
