Anyone who has been here knows what Cummins is like. Slow to change, quick to lay off, and with challenging growth opportunities at best. Turnover is high, and it’s mostly experienced individuals leaving once they realize this place no longer values employees as before. And despite all of this, there are still those who put in an ungodly amount of hours with no extra compensation whatsoever. I don’t understand that, but still, kudos to those who still give your all to the company knowing your future is undecided here.

I’ve witnessed multiple teams of Cummins personnel dismissed, and immediately replaced with off-shore personnel, also many replaced by onshore non-citizens.
Because just maybe it won’t be your turn next time... meanwhile you are diluting your salary and raising expectations of how much you will give for nothing more. S—ers.
I am glad someone see’s this and is telling the truth. Thank You
