Cenovus people were told to do their internal resumes as well. The issue is look how many EVPs they could have gotten rid of but kept to move into other roles in the new structure. If they truly wanted to save money they would have gotten rid of these massive salaries. It shows do what we say not what we do.

I agree its more of appearing to do the right things from a legal standpoint and to look good to the press, but the CVE people will be kept and most Husky will be toast. You can bank on it.

They want to give the appearance they are doing the staffing fairly, but give your head a shake. Cenovus management already have their favourites picked out with or without a resume.

I know people BS on this just like their resumes, but how the hell is anyone going to prove their past experience? I got a person that is a manager that doesn't even have any education!

These people trying to perform better now to save their job probably aren’t going to get anywhere. Just keep your focus, do your job, and be ready to demonstrate that you have done a good job in past. That’s all anyone can do. It’s too late to change things drastically.

Maybe get a package if you do a sh– job applying for your own job? Let’s get this over with already...... one way or another! People are done, productivity is in the tank, stress levels are at an all time high, people are doing what they can to showcase they are awesome. (Kind of sickening actually) Pull the trigger!
