Noticed a few people announce on LinkedIn they accepted finance jobs at EM. Is the hiring freeze over?

Controllers organization is still recruiting this year. I believe it is the only organization that is hiring. Maybe tax as well. Albeit much more limited recruiting in the past. Think recruiting was just for internships though.

More finance and accounting people are needed to count our growing pile of debt beans.
Offers last year were not rescinded. There are still new employees coming in. Freeze in certain areas will remain in effect (usa, EU, Canada, etc.)
