I'm new to Netflix, been here for less than a year so I don't know what's the real deal with layoffs. One of the reasons I joined was the perceived job security but I'm no longer sure that's true. In the past several months I've heard of at least three smaller layoffs. Then again, things might be different due to the pandemic and this is not the norm. Any insight would be appreciated.
