- People should be selected for roles based on merit, not made to fit a selection criteria.
- You should NOT run a multi-billion dollar, multi-national company with your mates.
- Expecting to beat profit margins of other multi-billion dollar, multi-national companies at their own game, is arrogant and just plain wrong when they have been playing that game for much longer than you.
- Your are only a number, never let them convince you otherwise.
