Thread regarding Sears layoffs

A&E Factory services are k--ling techs

There’s allot of techs in the Chicago area are working sick. Why? Why are they still induced within corona 19 infested communities then bringing it home to their loved ones?? They’re not even paid essential worker, WTF!!?

I got a call from a Transformco rep .She said that they are hiring service techs. nation wide. and that they are not associated with Sears at all. I told her no thank you. I'm wondering if they are replacing the Techs that have gotten sick from Corona virus.

These members are mostly trump voting covid deniers.

And the 'members' are voicing their discomfort on the Sears Twitter feed for the waiting and lack of parts availability.

@3ubx- Business & Econ 101:

Demand exceeds supply. A&E is an essential business during a global pandemic.

‘Members’ will wait two months, if necessary, to repair their LGs and Samsungs.

The local appliance repair guy is unable to obtain parts and lacks the technical expertise to replace a compressor in an LG or any other refrigerator.

A&E is far from perfect, but still the nation’s #1 service provider

This virus will be the final nail in the coffin for what's left of A&E. Each day, more and more techs are taken out across all districts, for indefinite periods of time due to the virus. The current state of service in many areas goes out well into January 2021. The only solution A&E EVER had was to just reschedule the 'member'. Never had another plan. And it's gonna finally bite them hard in the *ss. Goodbye A&E!

They asked our risk management division of loss prevention to take a look at it. We determined a lot of waste is coming from our older techs and techs with comorbidities. Since these same techs are at the highest risk of succumbing to COVID, we determined it can actually result in a net savings for the company. So at this time no further action will occur.

Not just Chicago,it's all over the country.If you do call in sick it counts against you.And if you do catch Covid and have to miss work you do not get paid.
