Got reviewed as Sr. Staff first time (promoted last year)
I am wondering if what I got is fair.
Bonus: 20 K, RSU 65K
It seems super low. I used to get more than this when I was a staff? My score is 3.

I am staff, 2 rating, 13k bonus, 22k RSU.
IT here, got 27.5K RSU as Staff (number was 3).

The fruit company offer is c-appy. I believe during the negotiation they try to get your current comp (which is illegal BTW) then give you a tiny increase on top of that. You're gonna to lose your private office, work life balance, and many other things for that tiny, c-appy increase.
Why not try the fruit?

The only reason it looks bad is bc of company performance. When company does bad raises s—... when company does good raises s—... only constant is raises s—..
raise is only 2%.
rise is OK?
Same boat, promoted last year, became senior staff. First review after a promotion means you could get a max score of 2? I got 10k bonus and 70k RSU.
