Positions for reinvent announcement timeline

US based. Heard F level will be today, then G/H if your reporting structure follows Tuesday/Wednesday. Not sure after that.

Good luck everyone.

The blood letting continues feel sorry for those who will be left to try to get the stock price back to anywhere near previous levels.

I think what is especially hard is that employees are forbidden from talking with eachother until Dec 1. Seriously, my coworkers are the only people I will be able to relate with after I have my conversation with my boss. And I’m told I can’t talk to them???

Bp has treated this entire process like we are all cattle going to the slaughter house. I have never felt so degraded as a human in my life. This is a perfect example of you being treated as a number. Total BS. I feel like ill be told if i die tomorrow or not. Their answer.... call the EAP.... screw you bp!

I've been through a round where my conversation was with my LM's boss. In that case, I was retained. Given that your LM could be eliminated, it's very unlikely that you'll have your conversation with your LM. Much more likely your conversation will be with your department VP. As to whether he'll survive, only he knows that.

So if your conversation is not going to be with your line manager, anything to glean from that fact?
