My previous company is known for having regular layoffs and I was impacted a few months ago. I have been offered a position at one of the locations and I was wondering if anyone can answer a few questions for me. How is the company in regards to job stability, employee engagement and most important - company culture? It will help me to choose considering I have had 2 other offers. Thank you for any information provided.

Sounds about right. Happened to me too. I've never experienced such nonsense working for a company in my life! They need to gut the company and start over, starting with executives and brown-nosers.
Absolutely not! I hope you didn't take the job w/Experian. Very unstable, political, etc. I was a high performing, award winning (all documented) employee there for many years, but got pushed out this year due to politics.
