Loss Prevention can Transform TransformCo!

We need a cheerleader post that also combines the current flavor of the week with Loss Prevention. LP is the answer to the question “How can TransformCo effectively Transform”? If Eddie wanted the company to die, it would have already. But, since Eddie is keeping these handful of stores open, that tells me that there will be some degree of Transforming. Loss Prevention has the expertise and understanding at the store level to initiate those transformations. KMart and Sears will still operate, even if it’s 15 stores between Guam, Key West, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Only Eddie has the power to decide when all stores will close....and I don’t think Eddie will do that anytime soon.

Is LP protecting the PL or is it just a fantasy. Only time will tell in this competitive landscape know as life. You need to look deeply into the situation and pontificate.

Albeit slowly draining remaining inventory and such, Ed needs no help from LP to transform the company into what he wants.

And all these worthless LP posts will make no difference in the crash and burn and ultimate demise of Sears and KMart.

flavor of the week? ugh i’ve been reading these LP posts for months...only transformation happening is the one in which it will become a relic of the distant past.

You are correct. LP will transform Sears into something you read about in history books. R.I.P. Sears. You were an integral part of my growing up and I will miss thee.

I knelt while reading this. Hopefully that's what you are needing with all these LP posts. I should have applied to LP 37 years ago when I started at Sears. Imagine how more fulfilling my empty, hollow life would have been.
