Imagine where people’s productivity would be if they worked for a company where they didn’t have to lay awake at night, worried about layoffs all the time. Because they ACTUALLY HAPPEN. They aren’t imaginary. And the company and anyone who knows what they are doing are evaporating. Imagine that ?! A HEALTHY company that would respect them and their work. Bet they’d get a heck of a lot done then. Get outta here.
I can’t imagine that in this company anymore, @1nwc+17ThuQff. You gave a great advice and I wish I could leave too but it’s very difficult because it’s hard to find a new job now at least for me, I don’t know about the others?
