Reduce hours from 40 to 32 for everybody. For every 4 people who are reduced you can bring back another person. Disney would actually save money because its less benefits they have to pay. Reduced salaried pay by 20%. Temporary stop 401k matching on all employees. Everybody should make some sort of sacrifice to try and get as many as possible cast members back.

This would never be implemented
At Director level if my salary was cut 20% it would trigger a need to flee the company. Just because we have higher salaries doesn’t mean we have expendable income.
Prior to COVID, most hourly positions were already cut to around 32.
This would make all the top talent flee and go work somewhere else.
