To the bye-bye tough guy, why the hostility? Its obvious a contractor must perform your job better...lol another entitled employee
Nope. I work in Chemicals. Lol. Laughing my butt off to you fools. Bye bye contractors
To the bye bye guy, so will you be gone soon, you must be on the list if you are this kind of human being bye bye lo ser, I’m laughing knowing you’re going , you won’t get another job
Not as soon as the contractors. Haha. They will be thrown out like old worn underwear
@nij+17VHcB1q you are a real clASS act. maybe you will be gone soon.
There are still contractors on the payroll??
If XOM needs cash getting rid of employees where you have to pay severance doesn’t do this in the short term. Over the years Exxon Mobil has transitioned to hiring contractors especially for project related work so in a downturn they just release the contractors and pay no severance. When this isn’t enough they see what jobs they can move to lower-cost locations. Then
Lol. F— you. I'm the guy that said byebye. My comment still stands. If you are a contractor.. You WILL be gone soon.
@adw+17VHcB1q I agree. Let's not act uncivilized. A lot of people are hurting. I hope the fool who said bye bye is just a troll and not an employee.
There is a project in EMIT to release and/or backfill all contractors in the US with employees (mostly in GBCs). If you are an EMIT contractor in the US you WILL lose your job. There will be no employee conversions. I don’t mean to be harsh but that is the brutal truth.
Disgusted with insensitive comments on here , the id–t who said bye bye I hope you are being kicked out , if not you deserve to be
All EMIT contractors will be gone before mid 2021
Contractors will be let go soon enough. Just finish up your job then go bye-bye
Nobody’s job is safe, especially contractors. Is that simple.
