ExxonMobil cam be good in a lot of stuff but they need to learn how to lay-off people. This anxiety has been around us since July. And now there is a rumor that after December will be another round next year. Really???? Are they not able to do one time and tell the employees we are done.

I think someone in the c-suite has sadistic mean streak in them coupled with poor planning skills. Welcome to wonderful world of upper management. Where the only qualification you have to have to succeed is a song and dance number.
They need you to train people they are sending your jobs to so I’m sure it will be in rounds all through next year
