I know the deadline for furloughed workers is November 15th, at which time you're laid off if not called back. Does anyone know how many, or what percent of furloughed workers were actually called back to work?

The only thing that's shrunk during Eddie's tenure is Sears and Kmart's store footprint and his fortune. His problem is that his "Microsoft" doesn't grow anymore. That's why he finally fired the 5 dollah princess.
For example, one of our member advocates identified a tech committing time theft in the northeast. The tech has been let go, and our members benefit from the savings the company encountered by eliminating the time theft.
@2bqh Huh? What does that mean?
Member advocates are similar to a loss prevention role. The associate advocates for our members by reducing shrink, therefore passing the company's savings to the member.
Some STAC guys are now member advocates, no clue what that means
Wow, loss prevention? Your stupidity is only surpassed by your ignorance. You have no clue.
I'm familiar with this Kmart location. All twelve associates that returned were either loss prevention or offered new positions with loss prevention. No other positions had returned from furlough at this Kmart.
At our Kmart, we brought back about (12?) a third of our furloughed employees. A third were let go and the other third found other jobs or didn't want to come back.
All furloughed loss prevention were brought back. As far as other departments I'm told no one was.
None.
