Mont Belvieu is consistently near the top in terms of profitability across the entire corporation. Do you really think HQ has the balls to rock that boat too much?

It’s cheaper to pay overtime vs. insurance/pension and everything that comes with an employee. Just saying...

If they laid off operators they would have to pay more overtime to the ones that are left because work is work. Probably not a smart idea.
