If people spent half their time and energy focused on their work instead of worrying over things that might or might not happen, imagine where our productivity would be...

Yes, can confirm. They laid off two large departments (accounts payable and billing) and moved the work to Manila. So many people being made redundant from Gloucester office, there'll be no one left at this rate...
3 people went yesterday from the Glos UK office. I hear more are coming! Also moving lots of jobs to Manilla to save costs
Productivity hasn’t been negatively impacted from my viewpoint, which is vast in range. So what exec typed this? Also, 70 people got RIF’d this week. You can’t tell people how to feel. Goodbye
They weren't rumors. People did get RIFFED yesterday.
They will lay you off without blinking an eye. I, and many others were long term, reliable employees who did our jobs daily.... and did them well. Don't sit there and point fingers at those who are worried about their livelihood..... you could next.
This post sounds like something that asshat John would post. We worry because we have families to support!
Imagine where people's productivity would be if they worked for a company where they didn't have to lay awake at night, worried about layoffs all the time. Because they ACTUALLY HAPPEN. They aren't imaginary. And the company and anyone who knows what they are doing are evaporating.
Imagine that?! A HEALTHY company that would respect them and their work. Bet they'd get a heck of a lot done then.
