When has TFMC ever given a smoldering sh*t about its employees? Like ever? It's all smoke and mirrors boys and girls. You just got use to calling it reality. At the end of the day this is a business making business decisions. If you're tired of it quit and start your own business. Be the master of your own universe! Until then stfu.
Couldn’t agree more. They disconnected your email/teams access 30 minutes after being terminated. Doesn’t even allow enough time to grab your personal information from the computer.
Managers/directors really need to think about what they are doing. Which they definitely aren’t because they are sitting back and letting hard working employees go like it’s nothing. All while they continue making $200k and up.
They are destroying the company by taking away the future of the company.
