Thread regarding Boeing Co. layoffs

What’s a 737 max worth today? Seems Boeing has few with no takers.

They destroyed the reputation of the best selling commercial aircraft ever built. The only way they can recover is a new airplane that replaces it.

The fact they payed a CEO millions of dollars for that decision is criminal. The entire board at Boeing who approved the decision to move forward with the 737 max originally instead of a new aircraft should be replaced.

Maybe the new 797 can be an upgraded 757 ?

Great analogy!!! I would like to add that the house no longer exists. So this would be another house that sits on top of the previous crash-and-burn house. ;-)

The 737 Max is stigmatized.
Its like buying a house in which 346 people got brutally murdered.
It will be the downfall of Boeing.
They should sc-ap all those planes and Bring back the 757.

The Business Jet Market, with discresionary funds, does not look at purchase price and operating costs in the same way a globally competitive retail market do. If there are suspected product issues, they will gladly spend more of investor/tax payer/lending instituition dollars for peace of mind.

I would think the business jet market would want some of these jets’ Boeing is going to have to make some really good deals on the dropped orders!
