Massive layoffs today all across the board. Hundreds laid off with no notice and cut off today. Oh and insurance only good through the end of the month and then cobra. Thanks NCR for being so good to your employees. Hopefully the AJC runs a big article on how you lay off your loyal employees but keep all the management to pay out the big bonuses

Were managers impacted by this round? Was the Germantown location in Maryland impacted.
Yep. Managers told cut 20% from your department. This is a company wide cut, 20% from every department, some departments 30%.
NCR would be better off to cut some managers who do nothing and keep the hard workers who actually make a difference.
NCR once a great company that cared about employees. Now hard working good employees are thrown out like trash with no notice.
NCR retains managers that are paid for nothing. These managers don’t even have a clue how hard there employees work.
