How does a company like Teradata whom tout they are a company that has the highest level of integrity (year after year) then all of the sudden thinks there is "unconscious bias" in their hiring practices? Makes no sense, this is a practice that most large organizations adopted 5 years ago to heighten the companies profiles in hiring minorities and women in leadership roles (which should be a common practice regardless) The desired outcome is always the same; increase the organization's financial value and use it as marketing collateral.

When I think of the calibre of people were let go, some of whom I have worked with firsthand and can vouch for, to make room for someone like this Chief Strategist who has the emotional maturity of a prepubescent, thinks the world of himself and preaches us the virtues of reason in a hodge podge of blatant logical fallacies and contradictions without a blink... lights are on, nobody's home... I weep and cry
So do you think all those people who are laid off did not deliveranything or did not do their work? Do you think if you work, you will not be let go? Stop the BS, please.

Yes, being focused on hiring people with different ethnical backgrounds, or those who do not understand their gender and whatever other bias bs HR invents instead of hiring the best qualified with a successful track record is sure to make Teradata great again.
