Is this just how the management and culture operates here? It is hard to bring my “best self” to work each day when I am being just about threatened by management

Most people at any company fear losing their job. S— it up. It's happened to me 2x and I LEFT Accenture.
Why not? Accenture takes everyone elses jobs.
Yes. Accidenture culture is like Soviet Union, people disappear without reason and flushed in the memory hole.
It comes with the times. Don't worry about it. It's just a show.
