How much is the pay during FMLA?

I got injured recently, and I am considering using the FMLA. Have you ever used that in the firm? How much is the pay? I have not to found the proper information and also gotten different feedback from people that I have asked. Someone told me is no pay. I  heard that is 40% or 60%.

You have to open a claim with HR. You will be required to use a week of your own time before std kicks in. Then they pay 100-60% of your pay depending on how long you are off / your length of service which depends on medical documentation you provide to them.

If you take FMLA... you do not get paid unless you have accrued sick, vacation or personal time, in whichcase you would get paid 100% pay until those days run out. After that you get nothing. FMLA was designed to provide you a job when you return. I think you are referring to disability, which runs concurant with FMLA and I believe that is 60%. Go to the HR website and research disability, there are differences for long term and short term if I remember correctly.
