Supervisors not familiar with the process assigned to them. Favoritism from supervisors. Very old tools that are always in DOWN status. I’m shocked Hillsboro hasn’t closed their doors.
It’s not a place you want to work. Glad I’m out of there after 10 years. I guess my hope of things getting better never arrived.
