Hi everyone! I just scheduled a second interview with Fossil for a Social Media Specialist position. I was really excited about it because I’ve been furloughed since April. I came across this forum and your postings about their recent layoffs. Has anyone been a Social Media Specialist? How many layoffs in this department? Advice, etc. thanks!

Don’t do it! Run away from this as fast as you can and don’t look back. The b—s— you will endure is not worth it.
I hope HR doesn’t read your question and ding you on it. Just know times are challenging there and will continue to be so. If you can hold off for something else that gives more security I would suggest that, but if you need the job take it and continue to look for something more stable.
Agree. Take this job as an interim solution until you find something better. The company has been shrinking and laying off people since 2016. Don't count on longterm.
If you need a job take it. Just know that the company is fighting to stay alive. Good luck.
