Cummins Salary Structure

Does anyone know what the salary ranges are for Cummins (C001, C002, C003)?

I can tell you SG23 (CC01) went to at least $83000 for engineering.

CC01 - $50-65k
CC02 - $65-85K
CC03 - $85-120k
CC04 - $120-175k
Above this level is VP and C-Suite, where ESOPs form majority of the salary with base at >200k.
Also within each comp class there are salary grades.
CC01 = SG01-SG03
CC02 = SG04-SG06
CC03 = SG07-SG09
CC04 = SG10-SG12

I believe there is something like a 10k or more overlap between comp classes, at least between CC01 and CC02, probably more for higher grades. CC01 probably goes down in the 70k's or so for engineers, not sure about other disciplines in the company. Profit sharing goes up with the higher CC's. Figures in USD.

H1Bdata is the closest thing you will get from internet.

C1: 90k to 110k, C2: 110 to 140k, C3 140 to 180k. Estimation.

Have the same question. I don’t think the H1Bdata specifies the pay structure for each level
