Does anyone else feel like the directors and above on the ssnc tech are pretty amateur? Like they really don’t have the experience or background with the scale of apps they bought from DST? Some of the stuff I see daily is a real wtf? Anyone else noticed this?

The director I work for can better be classified as one of the worst people I have ever experienced. Always ready to throw threats your way, and take advantage of anything possible to help them succeed at any cost. So sad..

The best word to describe director and above management at this organization is Bafoons.
Run away from that place as soon as you can. The management left is beyond a joke.
Bad was months ago its now a certified sh1t show. Good part is most any company you end up at will be better then this or hiring you in effort to become better. Makes one comfortably numb toward the thought of being let go. Better yet just shipping ssnc's belongings back and moving on.
It is really really bad!
There is a lot of old and antiquated systems which teams headed by incompetent staff who haven't a clue of what is involved and what is going on (like the latest head of networks who knows f*** all about our tech/team..anything). Just riding the train and taking the pain and then my redundancy :-)
DST technology was outdated years ago and one would think a tech company like SSC would have figured that out. They have just getting the place and spent money elsewhere. DSTs fault for getting content then sold, SSC's day is coming also.
It has been that way since DST was purchased. The directors that were left are constantly kissing the a_s of Ch_rlino. He absolutely has no clue what it takes. He ended up at DST by way of the buddy system. It will only get worse here as this place has turned into a complete joke. Run as soon as covid is over with.
