Thread regarding Mars layoffs

Oh yes they move "protected" dinosaurs or should I say a– kissers around the company to protect them when their going to "fire" NOT LAYOFF people that drank the kool-aid and believed the fake 5 principles that are crammed down your throat. The family doesn't want to know what the problems are they rather have smoke blown up their butt every time they come to town.
This company is a joke!! so far outta touch because the family only cares about collecting money. They haven't updated their equipment and processes for many, many years. Why you ask? Because they're cheap. They constantly lie and hire bad managers that are covered by their bad managers. These people will tell you no downsizing will occur and the a month later wipe out an entire category of people just to go back to the 1/2 priced brokers. So pathetic... They make you take a Gallup survey, supposedly anonymous, yet my boss told me he knew what I said, asking about the state of the company and then when you tell the truth they punish you with endless conference calls.. so much so you can't even hit your KPI's and then no bonus.. which in the 4 years I was there I got 1x. No one there trusts this company to do the right thing. I worked for big t-b-cco that was more upfront than these scandalous people are. If you still there beware!! Drink that Kool-aid and spit it out as soon as they turn around. Get as much as you can as fast as you can and get the hell outta Dodge!!
