It takes 5 - 10 business days to receive the letter via snag mail so plan ahead.

If I recall correctly, even if you call that number, it tells you to send an email to the address the poster above shows. I bought a house earlier this year and remember doing something like that. Sorry, too much has happened since February to remember exactly!
You do it in EDA and the system will send where every you want it to send.
Of course they didn’t. We cannot expect integrity at this point.
Good luck, XOM didn’t reply to confirm my employment... I had to submit paystubs and my W-2. Laid off and they can’t even bother to confirm my freaking time and energy waisted on them, thx ✌🏼

Can’t you get this from EDA as well ? For sure, EMBSC is supposed to generate this for you, using the telephone number shown. The problem is that they are based in Argentina and the quality of service is very bad.

This is the phone number that I called to request for employee verification:
Benefits Service Center - (800)682-2847.
If you don't remember your pin, just type in any number three times until it will direct you to a customer rep.
There is no phone number that I know of, not for US at least. The email for employment verification is employmentverification [at] exxonmobil [dot] com.
