Furloughed workers have been told not to contact the company or any coworkers. The furlough letter also says we are unable to accept any job offered from the company. Now Nielsen is all over the job boards advertising to fill jobs that sound suspiciously similar to jobs they have furloughed. How can this possibly be legal? No word at all to furloughed workers and they are hiring for the same jobs? How low can this company go?

Nielsen is the most shady company on the planet. They are racist as he-l and can care less about their employees. I know because I worked for them for a year and a half and my supervisor was one hateful S-B. My co-workers were all di-ks. All except for 2. STay away from this company.

They advertise for the jobs and report they can't hire anyone qualified to justify more H1B labor imports.
