What are the chances of more cuts before year's end?

Hey, today on my 3rd year anniversary of being let go by BD after 20 years of service, I received my Wharton's Executive Education, Data Analytics certification. Three years ago, I would not have imaged it. If you have a moment of being unlucky, don't give up, don't despair, better things will come. Work hard, network and network some more, listen to every opportunity, everything will be ok. BTW: you have no control over being let go, it is not your fault, its only numbers to leadership. Your role was eliminated, not your value in the world.
I'd be nice to relax and not worry before holidays, if at all possible.
