Some of these employees (union and non union) have a serious case of Stockholm Syndrome. Voting in the union won’t stop Altice from running the business the way they always intended to. Contractors doing shoddy won’t encourage Altice to hold onto their in-house employees. They don’t care and that should be abundantly clear at this point. CBAs don’t last forever and contractors are cheaper. Money has been and always will be the bottom line. Everyone is “at will” and on borrowed time.

It’s the holiday season, this is when Altice loves to repay workers not with a bonus but a pink slip. Enjoy that spam turkey for thanksgiving.
I can’t take the vrp. Still need to feed Tiny Tim. No other company will give me a paycheck. Too scared to go union and have a voice. Can’t afford the 1% tax deductible dues. The only solution is to keep taking it in the rear.
who cares......none of you will take it anyway
I would NOT go getting worked up over crazy wild unsubstantiated rumors!
Until you get an actual email from management offering you a package, its
bull shirt.
Now just for the record I am hoping for an email
Heard NJ
Where did they offer it
Lay-offs were maxed at 52 weeks, now they offer VRP packages some that can be over 2 1/4 years. How come that weren’t lay-off also? Something wrong with that.
