My LP was a POS. He was a big waste of pay roll. He just came to walked around and talk. He never did his job despite the store manager was a big thief. At this point LP is a big paste of payroll.
The only thing LP trolls have taken control of – is this thread, nothing to do with Sears. Like a c—roach infestation, they need to be taken out
I've been in the LP command center at HE, on a tour when I started working there. Those guys working in there are nuts!!! And I mean PTSD nuts. And it IS a command center. It looks like the war room in the White House. Don't screw around with LP.
Like 30 of the replies in this thread are just the single lp troll. All of his posts...are typed in the same...format which is really annoying...to read and gives me a headache seeing them all over this board...wish he would go away...or at least occasionally type a complete sentence???
When our store closed the DM came in his truck and took away 20 50 # tanks of refrigerant, which someone said sold for around $1200 a piece. His brother worked for a HVAC company. Next week he had a new car. Coincidence? I don't think so.

We work with corporate to change the path from retail to real estate...its a different loss prevention investigation team than your grandparents....

CCTV upgrade is a joke! Wake up – there's no money for fixing up the stores, Eddies goal is to run them into the ground. He wants the real estate to lease out at inflated rates.

Reminds me of Dallas tx....our guys broke up shoplifting ring that something to do with jack ruby....jfk stuff...boy we had some fun...one time in a bar a hells angels guy was getting loud.my lp guy still had his lanyard with ap lp on it and the biker dude shut it down.....we had big cred back then
Our store lp ap guy in California donated his kidney to a part time cart attendant..he later was part of the movie smokey and the bandit...
Our lp ap crew in nyc was the best...in the 90s mafia tried to take over our docks with sears ....bad move and after a sit down with the heads of the 5 families they backed off... boy we had some tough guys...

Just remember, AP associates are not allowed to call themselves LP. If someone here is posting that LP is in charge, they are trolls. They would be fired introducing themselves as Loss Prevention. They Are Asset Protection.
If LP is serious about stopping theft they should investigate EL.
I guarantee you if any looters show up, LP will be cowaring in there bunkers. Forget first responders, not even third rate
LP is getting rid of everyone this Holiday season who are stealing from the hood and giving to the good.

Black belts? Seal team? Not that I want to entertain this illogical rant but think about it..... who would hire an LP team with people known for using physical and force when LP is not supposed to be physically engaging thieves? Not only that, they are saying LP is “investigating”, would you hire black belts and military personnel to do investigations? Maybe this is more of the executive poor decision making..... more likely someone making up a story that makes zero sense

So, when there’s no shelves to straighten, because they’re lucky if there’s one or two of each item left on the shelf and there are zero customers in the store, what is an associate supposed to do, besides play on their phone?
This isn’t Wallyworld. Stop all of the supposed theft you want. There are no customers. It s—s and I hate to see it go, but there is no saving Sears at this point.
I see LP is still trying to cover up their own internal theft ring. Brilliant.
