Once you lose your employees’ trust that leadership will act in accordance with the stated company values, it’s gone. First the way COVID was handled, then the PIPs of high performing people who challenged management, then the lack of transparency eroded employee trust.

It is sad we spend so much time talking about our reputation and how easily it is lost but there is no reflection the same principle applies internally.
Who cares about all your BS on trust and loyalty. We have Performance Assessment to keep them on their toes, they will be out if they slack and continue to praise me!
With inclusion & diversity and winning behaviours.. as part of the assessment judgement.. they will display the correct behaviours!
