Tell HR to go back where they came from. They Haven’t added any value to core employees ( discount the ELT) , lowering the company bottom line revenue. We operate like $18B company when don’t make sh–.
HR is so biased. Kathy please take a hike and leave us without any bias. Your existence is mind boggling. Hiring mo–ns as ELT.
They will simply say "we will adopt a flexible/hybrid approach. Each employee can determine the work schedule with his/her manager" .
Hopefully 100 percent virtual since we all work 24/7
