For those that are about to be let go, this is a blessing in disguise.
For those that aren't so lucky, be prepared to take on additional work for the same low pay.
They did however said they will continue to hire but for specific roles that will support their needs. That felt great to hear. This company reorganizes every year.
NI had a comprehensive plan on what actions they would take depending on revenue decline. That plan didn't call for layoffs even in the worst case. How can anyone trust management anymore?
didnt they announce 3 months back there will be no layoffs ?
