Affirmative action to the extreme has hurt company. They have quotas to meet, they exceed those quotas. When you need to hire one person but have to hire 3 to meet a number, that’s a lot of dead weight. The problem is CVI Hr always agrees with this group, scared of backlash. CVI is even showing music videos on production floor to cater to group.

All departments bigger layoffs November and December. No heads up will just use people up to last minute no warning even though they no it’s coming

The number of layoffs will never be revealed, the number would make it hard for them to keep trying to project the company as one big happy family
Since Canon doesn't make it public, does anyone really know how many members Canon has laid off in the past 6 months?? (Not including the early retirees) just pure laid offs.
Shouldnt be hard with the bloated overpaid management that they have. The other dead weight that they carry are members that get away doing very little everyday and have for years .
