Has anyone gotten pressured to sign the separation agreement in these last few days?
Is there any repercussions if we don't? Other than losing out what was provided in the agreement?

If you are getting pressured to signed more than likely you were a target layoff. They need to replace you immediately but can’t due to lawsuits fears. But once you sign the waiver GA is free to hire someone ASAP with no recourse bc you signed your rights away
