I know there's a lot of redundant positions that have to be cut, but what about the rest of us? Are any of us safe from these layoffs? The way things have been going, I'm not sure there'll be more than a handful of TD folks left once the merger and related cuts are completed.

@brs+17EYbjs0 did you get the axe yesterday or in a previous round? were the roles you mentioned Schwab or TDA?
They laid off some of the top 10 Producing SFCs, Branch Managers and Regional Managers. In addition theyblaid off a lot of top producers overall which is weird also. No one is safe and supposedly. 80% of TDA will be gone.
At Schwab VPs and above are safe, anyone below is fair game.
On the TD side..don't get comfortable no matter your location.
Anyone that deals with automation and the cloud are safe.
And yes, I'm exaggerating but can you blame me?
