So I got an EMAIL today reminding us to sign our paperwork. Why would they put our personal email address in a group email for everyone to see. They are blasting our personal email to everyone who got laid off, then tried to pull the email back. But I already screenshot the original. id–tS. You can’t put out our personal information.

HR called me as well & asked if I returned the signed package. Told me my severance pay would be delivered upon receipt of the signed package returned to them. I told hem that I needed to talk to an attorney in that case.
I went ahead and signed because I want the health coverage while I decide my next step. Also, a potential lawsuit would be expensive and time consuming. I just want to move forward and forget about that toxic environment.
Yup I got that call from GA HR. They told me I would not get severance pay without signing/returning the package agreement
I got a call from HR asking if I intend to sign and accept the terms laid out in the package! I told them I shredded it. I don’t intend to go back I just don’t want to give this company any advantage over me! Unethical and bs!!!! This is why pple are still leaving GA! And a testament to how badly managed this company is.
They will also call you to sign the paperwork. Or have their job aid people call you and record you remain ding you to sign the paperwork. Once you sign the paperwork they can rehire someone with no wait and you loose all legal recourse.
