It is confirmed that if you get abused by a customer HR will not back you up. They will
if fact bury you and do so with a troublesome way of twisting information into a crazy, head scratching deam senerio
that makes no sence.

They dont have your back

I can't watch any of SDs videos or read his updates any longer. He is all hat and no cattle, totally unbelievable and disingenuous. SD is just another socially woke CEO blowing sunshine to distract from the fact there is no strategy or actions to save the company. If a company who sells san-jan cant capitalize on covid related opportunities then there is no hope for its future.

What type of abuse was it? Did the customer hit you? I've been in sales a long time and run into abusive customers along the way, but never thought of going to HR. What would they do...give the customer a warning or put them on a performance plan?

HR NEVER protects the employees...only the company itself. It's very misleading but it happens in many companies.

Uh....have you seen any of SD’s update videos? Literally all he says/ cares about is “how we serve our customers”. He and Staples could give a rats a– about their employees
