- Watched the full season of (enter favorite show here) on NetFlix
- Loss 10 pounds taking the dog out, jogging and running the bike.
- Contributed several articles on TheLayOff
- Decreased blood pressure 20 units since I started taking 2hr siesta after lunch
- Caught up on email and read all magazines
- Spent at least an hour a day on LinkedIn
