What a joke. Yeah real competitive to other companies MRO. Why can't you treat us like adults and allow us to work where it benefits the employee the most? It should not matter where we work as long as we are productive and get our work done.

Tyson employees now suing for exposure to Covid19. I can see this happening at MRO in the near future. “Daily temperature checks” are a joke if they’re depending on trusting employees to do them every day at home when people can’t even remember to fill out contract tracing forms. “Mask requirements” are another joke when VIPS/managers/supervisors don’t wear them when walking around. “Social Distancing” not a real thing when you’re voluntold to be present for a meeting in a conference room. Removing chairs from a conference room does not prevent you from inhaling COVID19 exposed air.
Ok, master of the English language!
Big group of whiners... s— it up or quite. The company is a shell of its former mediocre self.
“ Don't whine too much”. Yes, god forbid we voice our concerns while still being employed. What, are we not allowed to say what we like and don’t like just because we are employees and other companies are laying off now? Can we not provide input on how we think certain areas/rules of the company should work when the majority agrees? Okay got it, just do your job, get paid and don’t voice your opinion. Is this prison?
Don't whine too much..1900 people just lost their job in Exxon
Do you think they care... They will just find a cheaper replacement.
Management and HR are you reading these comments? What a sad company. This is how you trust employees and boost morale? Wait till things turn around and the economy comes back. We won't forget these chains you put around us. It will cost you more in the long run.
Amazon is hiring, so you have options.
Guys (and girls), be happy to have a job. There are a lot of ex-coworkers who don't. Do what you need to do to keep those paychecks rolling in every two weeks.
Let's face it: they have us by the b-alls–and they know it. So when they say "jump" right now, we have no choice but to say "How high sir" if we want to remain employed.
Dearest Employee,
We've got you by the balls. You know it. We know it. Don't like the policy? Well that's too bad. We'll see you schmucks in January.
Sincerely Yours,
HR
This makes no sense. Pandemic and you want everyone in the building on same two days rather than spacing everyone out to reduce attendance and risk yet tout us a premier leader in HES.
Taking away another benefit of extra flex and forcing us to take flex on Fridays is absurd. So much for using them for appointments, etc when it's convenient to the employee.
I predict an increase in the use of sick days due to change in flexibility and changing to accruals.
I appreciate my job and enjoy people I work with and I always promote the company and try to stay positive through all that we've been dealt.
Is this being driven to get cars on the road using more gas?
Is this because we have a new building we're stuck moving into?
Making heads or tails out of these decisions are becoming difficult.
The new policy is a real slap in the face to all Houston-based 9/80 employees. We were all looking forward to more flexible scheduling (after all we’ve been work from home for 8mo now). In retrospect, leave it to MRO to actually make things worse than the old schedule.
