Unfortunately indifference is rampant.
Why put your best foot forward when C-levels only see you as an expense?
When it's hard to tell who's more inept; your outsourced support or their outsourced support...what's the point? Sitting on a conference call, listening to 15 scuba divers arguing on speaker is no way to spend a day.
One might say low morale is being upset at the state of things.
But even worse is total indifference.
Unfortunately indifference is rampant.
Morale there is no morale you would have to climb to the top of the Eiffel tower before you found any morale zero ....people going through the motions
Morale is at an all time low and a majority of people just waiting for the inevitable. :-(
