I’ve seen it way too often. Pointless support teams pointing fingers at those that actually deliver the goods and services telling us “we could do it better, safer, and more efficient”
GTFOH. Why don’t they stop working from home and take the next flight to Africa and tell us how we should be doing things!!!
HR, HSE, Managers; aren’t they all human beings who also need a job to support their families? Why do you think you deserve more than those folks? Does your c-ap smell better than theirs? Stop complaining and throwing others under the bus, and be grateful for your blessings.
