As somebody asked in another post, have people who are affect already received their notifications? Or will this drag out throughout the day? When will we know if we're safe or not?

I don't know how many folks were laid off today. I heard the Toronto office has very few people who are not laid off. I figured out that I was going to be laid off because I got a 1:1 meeting with my manager's manager on my schedule. My paperwork mentions the California WARN Act, which means that 50+ people were laid off in California.

I got an all hand meeting for my product. Director of the product, VP, and HR joined and announced that the whole product got cut.
I am not listening any reports from any teams yet and its almost half day over for est and cst.
