I'm so f—ing tired of reorganizations that only end in layoffs with no proper strategy for the future. Cutting people provides a short term bump in profits but it also gives the company long term losses that can't even be quantified. Stop treating us like we are an expense you can't wait to get rid off! We bring value to this place. And I hope you realize that before it's too late for TD.

It's already too late. They have been having layoffs continuously since 2015. All the while, revenue is on the decline. They've been relying on the same technology for over 40 years with only incremental imprvements. If this does not signal a dead company, what does?
