Never underestimate the value of commitment, loyalty and knowledge that employees bring to the company. The world is a very big and accommodating place. And last but not the least - knowledge is power and those who dont value it will find themselves at a loss.

I agree! I know of a lot of folks who were blindsided by TD’s annual lay offs who went on to find AWESOME JOBS & salary bumps they’d never find here! This is why I’m not sad by getting let go today.... a weight’s been lifted and now I can focus on a better future!
Here Here!! Agree with the greener pastures and better salaries than what the downward spiraling Teradata can provide! Not to mention several other companies will make you feel valued! How valued are you guys that are left at Teradata feeling these days? You are better than Teradata deserves, get out there and look!
