SMD from Schwab. We want some of your talent, as we do have open requisitions. But we don't need anywhere near all of your talent. Expectations is a lot of TD staff will be cut from layoffs, and attrition.
We were told no layoffs in 2020. Why did they say 2020?
Why didn't they say no layoffs period.
I am afraid that something may happen in Jan or Feb 2021 now...
